Starting October 17th, join us every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, for a 30-minute workout on the Curtis Park playground from 8:30-9 AM. These workouts are geared to help you burn tons of calories, improve your cardio vascular endurance, muscle and core strength, flexibility and agility. Bring a mat and water. Session ends Friday, November 4th.
